Refunds and Returns

Any Returns must be made within 30 days of you receiving your order, unfortunately any returns made after our 30 day policy will not be refunded or exchanged.

All returns must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it in.
Unfortunately food items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted for example: if any item is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. These may be rejected for a refund or may result in us offering you a partial refund. 

Once your return is received and processed you will receive an email to notify you, refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days.

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and we will deduct from your refund if we incure a returns fee from the carrier. If you return an item after the 30 day return policy we reserve the right to keep your item and offer you no refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50.00, we advise you use a trackable shipping service. Please always get a proof of postage.
