A quick and simple way to make stunning leaf fondant decorations on cakes. This clever little mould has lots of little detailing inside to create intricate shapes and patterns which no matter how much you use it, retain the detail over time. You simply press fondant icing and press into all areas of the desired shape and then push up from the base to release and trim away any excess.
