A small independent company, Method roastery work directly with specialist farms and co-operatives to offer carefully selected and exclusive coffee. All their coffee is ethically traded and fully traceable, meaning that each farmer is rewarded accordingly and helps to build a sustainable industry. All the coffee is hand-roasted in small batches using one of their two Probat coffee roasters - and a lot of love, care and attention.
